Last week I went on a 5-day vacation to North Carolina for my nephew’s wedding. He married his wife on top of a mountain, and as anyone would imagine, it was a gorgeous setting. But for a girl from Illinois, I have to admit that traveling up those mountains on winding roads was a bit unnerving!
I’ve been to Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming and on top of much higher mountains but there’s something about those winding roads out east. Let’s just say I’m happy to be back driving on good ole boring flat Central Illinois roads, even if they are full of potholes and the scenery isn’t nearly as spectacular.
Testing out a New Blood Pressure ECG Watch
And of course, I am testing out a new watch this week. Below is the Tom Tony P3 ECG Fitness Tracker ([amazon_textlink asin=’B07D3MFG91′ text=’View on Amazon’ template=’ProductLink’ store=’thejournier-20′ marketplace=’US’ link_id=’711d0978-7356-11e8-9588-37b6dc295380′]) and it’s different than anything else I’ve tested before in that it has 3 electrodes to act as an ECG (an electrocardiogram) which is supposed to help it measure blood pressure more accurately. I can also see a live reading of my heart rhythm through the app.

I need to do much more testing but it’s definitely the most promising blood pressure watch I’ve tested so far. Most of them have been terribly inaccurate but I did have pretty good luck with another Tom Tony fitness tracker that I reviewed last year so I was hopeful that this one would be worth a try as well and so far it certainly has been.
Look for the review on the Tom Tony P3 ECG Fitness Tracker by the end of the week.
